Our printing service prints, folds and delivers letters to Finnish post. The printing service is fully integrated to Postita and you can follow your letter as it goes thru the process. Letters are being printed at Southern Finland and mailed in the first class of Finnish post. In most cases mail reaches recipient at next business day in Finland and in two to five business days in North-European countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Russia...). We are active to look for opportunities to print and mail in other countries and continents as the volume rises.

Postita network printer enables user to print directly to the service from any Mac or PC. Follow the instructions and install the network printer in few minutes. You can print to Postita from any printing capable application on Mac OS X, Linux and Windows as well as other IPP-capable operating systems. Printed documents can be converted to e-invoices in the service.

Finvoice is an generally used e-invoice format in Finland, defined by the Finnish banking sector. Traditional invoice is easilly replaced with it, as the Finvoice can be appointed to the recipents via banks - just like the payment material. Finvoice applies to corporations in all sizes. Postita.fi -service is compatible with Finvoice v.1.2. You can transfer Finvoice files to the service directly from the user interface or automate the transfer via HTTP API.
